DAL-RICH VILLAGE ANNOUNCES NEW RETAILERS

RICHARDSON—Campus Outfitters, Andrea’s Restaurant and others have leased new locations in Dal-Rich Village, ,a Whole Foods-anchored shopping center located at the intersection of Coit Road and Belt Line Road. Dal-Rich ranks as Richardson's most historic and best known center.

Tony Albanese and  David Zoller with the Commercial Retail Division of The Weitzman Group handle leasing at Dal-Rich Village.

Campus Outfitters, the nation’s fastest-growing school uniform and textbook company, leased 6,990 square feet of retail space at Dal-Rich Village, for its only location in Texas.

Campus Outfitters, headquartered in College Park, Maryland, operates retail locations in Indiana, Maryland, Michigan, New York, North Carolina, Ohio and Virginia, in addition to Texas. The retailer offers a school-specific selection of uniforms and textbooks, ensuring that mistakes are avoided in uniform and textbook purchases.

Andrea's Restaurant, a long-time Richardson favorite,
relocated to Dal-Rich from its location on West Arapaho Road. The move provided the restaurant with more space and visibility and allows for the addition of private party rooms at the popular restaurant.

Dal-Rich recently underwent a major renovation that
provided raised façade elements that increased visibility and tenant identification, as well as Dal-Rich’s sense of place. In addition, the facade received new crown molding, exposed beams and Spanish tile, raised pop-up fascia elements, awnings and decorative lighting. The center’s paint scheme was upgraded with multiple warm Mediterranean tones.

As a result of its location, combined with the renovation, Dal-Rich has seen a spate of recent leasing, including the Campus Outfitters and Andrea’s, a new Dollar Tree and new concepts such as Big Shucks, a seafood restaurant.

In addition to its strong retail line-up and its long history in the Richardson market, Dal-Rich made history as the first shopping center in the Metroplex to feature a clock tower.
