CARQUEST LOCATES IN MERVYN'S PLAZA DALLAS—CARQUEST Auto Parts has leased 7,600 square feet of retail space in Mervyn’s Plaza, a mall-peripheral retail project located at 3643-3737 West Camp Wisdom Road, for a new location. Richard Polishuk and Basil Mitchell with the Commercial Retail Division of The Weitzman Group handled negotiations for the shopping center. Craig Hughes with Cushman & Wakefield represented the retailer. CARQUEST, based in Raleigh, North Carolina, is the premier supplier of replacement products, accessories, supplies and equipment for virtually all makes of automobiles, as well as light and heavy-duty trucks, off-road equipment, buses, recreational vehicles and agricultural equipment. Additionally, CARQUEST distributes and sells tools, equipment, chemicals, paint and accessories. CARQUEST plans to open in Mervyn’s Plaza in late March . .
