HOUSTON—Julie Huffman, CPM, has been promoted to Director of Property Management for the Houston office of Cencor Realty Services, one of the largest retail property management and development firms based in Texas. In this position, Huffman supervises the property management department and handles operational oversight including new business generation, tenant retention and vendor relations. She also manages several retail properties in the Houston area.  In the Houston market, Cencor manages approximately 2 million square feet of retail properties.

Prior to joining Cencor in Houston, Huffman was vice president of property management operations for Cencor in Dallas. Prior to joining Cencor, she was director of property and asset management for Amerishop Real Estate Services, responsible for a portfolio of 2.7 million square feet of retail malls, strip centers and industrial and office properties throughout the United States. She also has experience as a senior property manager with Trademark Property Company and Lincoln Property Company.
