HAWKINS JOINS CENCOR IN HOUSTON HOUSTON—Steve Hawkins, a commercial real estate management professional with nearly 20 years of experience, has joined Cencor Realty Services as vice president of asset management. In this position, Hawkins is responsible for overseeing the asset management portfolio and landlord representation functions for Cencor’s Houston-area portfolio of managed shopping centers. Cencor is a Texas-based commercial real estate firm specializing in property management, asset management and development services. Prior to joining Cencor, he was vice president of property management for the Caldwell Companies of Houston. At Caldwell, he oversaw a team of managers responsible for a portfolio of retail, office and industrial properties. Hawkins also has management experience with Houston-based Weingarten Realty Management Company. Hawkins is a member of the International Council of
Shopping Centers and the Houston Northwest Chamber of Commerce. He received a
Bachelor of Science degree from McNeese State University in Lake Charles,
Louisiana. Cencor is one of the largest regional commercial real estate asset and property management services firms in the country .
