WOODRUFF NAMED CHIEF INVESTMENT OFFICER

DALLAS—Randy Woodruff has been promoted to Chief Investment Officer for Cencor Realty Services, one of the largest regional commercial real estate management services and development services firms in the country. In this position, Woodruff is responsible for all investment activities of the company, including property acquisitions on behalf of joint ventures and partnerships, dispositions and financings. In addition, he will be responsible for sourcing equity and joint venture partners.

Woodruff previously served as Chief Financial Officer for the company.  Prior to joining Cencor, he was director of real estate acquisitions for GE Capital's Commercial Real Estate Operations, where he was responsible for acquisition of commercial real estate for direct investment and supervision of a staff of acquisition managers and analysts. Woodruff also worked for Dallas-based Vantage Companies, where he was partner and executive vice president of finance. Woodruff earned his Certified Public Accountant certificate in 1972.

Woodruff received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from the University of Texas at Arlington
