WALTON CONSTRUCTION LEASES HEADQUARTERS SPACE DALLAS—Walton Construction, LLC, one of the top 100 general contractors in the nation, has leased 7,099 square feet of office space in Uptown Tower, an office project located at 4144 N. Central Expressway, for the relocation of its Dallas headquarters. Andrew Schendle with the Corporate Services Division of The Weitzman Group represented the construction company in cooperation with Jim Patton of Whitestone REIT and Trevor Franke of Peloton, who represented the building. In Dallas, Walton Construction is known for hospitality, government, hotel and condo work, as well as retail construction. The firm has an ongoing relationship with Wal-Mart, several local developers and architects. Walton Construction was the General Contractor on the Hotel Palomar & Residences, according to David Pinson, president of Walton’s Dallas Division. Walton Construction, founded in 1985, maintains
full-service offices in Kansas City, Springfield and St. Louis, Missouri, and
New Orleans, Louisiana, in addition to Dallas.
The firm is a leader in pre-construction, general contracting,
design-build and construction management services .
