CAPLAN PROMOTED TO WEITZMAN EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT DALLAS—Michelle Caplan has been promoted to executive vice president with the Commercial Retail Division of The Weitzman Group, one of the largest regional commercial real estate brokerage firms in the country. Prior to joining The Weitzman Group in 1998, she worked at The Shopping Center Group, Inc., a retail real estate company based in Atlanta, Georgia, for six years. Caplan specializes in retail project representation and tenant representation in the Dallas/Fort Worth area, as well as the disposition of excess properties for national retailers. Caplan has been active in professional organizations including the International Council of Shopping Centers, Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) and NTCAR. She received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication from Tulane University in New Orleans, Louisiana . |
