RACETRAC PURCHASES IRVING ACREAGE IRVING—RaceTrac Petroleum has purchased 1.9 acres of development land at the northeast corner of Belt Line Road and Regent Boulevard at IH-635 for an undisclosed price. Eddie Liebman, senior vice president with the Investment Properties Group of The Weitzman Group, handled negotiations for the purchaser. The seller was represented by Scott Rose with Cross Development Co. The site will be used for a Race Trac service station and convenience store . |
