CABRERA JOINS CENCOR IN SAN ANTONIO AS A PROPERTY MANAGER SAN ANTONIO—Sally Cabrera, a property management professional with nearly 20 years of experience, has joined the San Antonio office of Cencor Realty Services as a property manager. In this position, Cabrera is responsible for the management of a portfolio of retail properties in the San Antonio area and in the Rio Grande Valley. Cencor and its sister company, brokerage services firm The Weitzman Group, recently announced the expansion of their property management and project leasing services to The Valley. Prior to joining Cencor, Cabrera was a property manager with Triple Net Properties, where she managed a portfolio of office and retail properties in San Antonio and Austin that totaled more than 1 million square feet. Cabrera is a member of the San Antonio Building and
Managers Association and the San Antonio chapter of the Institute of Real Estate
Management. She is in the process of being certified as a candidate for IREM’s
Commercial Property Manager (CPM) designation.
