CHARMING CHARLIE LOCATES IN THE CROSSING AT 518 HOUSTON—Charming Charlie, a specialty retailer offering sterling silver jewelry and distinctive fashion accessories, has leased 8,000 square feet of retail space in The Crossing at 518, a regional retail center located at the northeast corner of FM 518 and Highway 288, for a new location. The Commercial Retail Division of The Weitzman Group handled negotiations for the lessor, The Crossing at 288 SC, Ltd. The retailer was represented by Brad Sondock. Charming Charlie, which currently operates six locations in the Houston area, including one in College Station, offers style, value and selection on accessories that range from everyday fun to designer name. The Crossing at 518 is being built in phases and includes anchors JCPenney, Bed Bath & Beyond, Best Buy and Old Navy, as well as a Wal-Mart Supercenter.
