SCHNITZER PROMOTED TO WEITZMAN VICE PRESIDENT DALLAS—David Schnitzer has been promoted to vice president with the D/FW Commercial Retail Division of The Weitzman Group, the leading retail real estate brokerage services firm in Texas. Schnitzer specializes in retail tenant representation and project representation, as well as retail leasing and sales. Prior to joining The Weitzman Group, he was a partner with Martech Consulting Group. He also worked as a senior marketing manager at GTE, as a senior account executive with DDB Needham’s Dallas office and as an associate account executive with New York-based Hal Riney & Partners. Schnitzer handles retail tenant representation for clients including Ethan Allen, El Paso Import Co. and Cru Wine Bar, as well as other national and regional retailers. On the project representation side, he focuses on retail projects in the fast-growing North Dallas market. Schnitzer received a Bachelor of Science degree in Advertising from the University of Texas at Austin .
