PREMIER RENTAL PURCHASE LOCATES IN NORTHSTAR PLAZA GARLAND—Premier Rental Purchase, a rent-to-own retailer offering a wide range of items including home furnishings and electronics, has leased 7,000 square feet of retail space in Northstar Plaza, a shopping center located at the intersection of Buckingham Road and North Garland Avenue, for a new location. Richard Polishuk and Matt Luedtke with the Commercial Retail Division of The Weitzman Group handled negotiations for the shopping center. The retailer was represented by Joseph R. Curry. |
