January 25, 2007 PLANO ACREAGE PURCHASED FOR HOTEL DEVELOPMENT PLANO—APN Hospitality has purchased two tracts totaling 4.6 acres located at the northwest corner of SH-190 and  Jupiter Road for an undisclosed price. The sellers were the Highway 190 & Jupiter JV and GP Partners. Eddie Liebman with the Investment Properties Group of The Weitzman Group handled negotiations. APN Hospitality plans to build two hotels at the site
