SANDERSON JOINS WEITZMAN, WILL HANDLE DENTON REAL ESTATE DALLAS—Andrew Sanderson has joined the Commercial Retail Division of The Weitzman Group as an associate specializing in general commercial retail brokerage in the Denton-area market. Sanderson’s focus will include project leasing and project representation, as well as land brokerage, primarily in the Denton market. Prior to joining The Weitzman Group, Sanderson worked in commercial and industrial sales and leasing for Denton-based Tom Fouts Realtors, Inc. He also has lease brokerage experience with Nations Gas Ltd. and Multi-Brands Inc. Sanderson is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors. He attends the University of North Texas in Denton, where he is preparing to receive a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with an emphasis on Real Estate Law.
