HARRIS PROMOTED TO WEITZMAN VP, DIRECTOR OF PROJECT LEASING

DALLAS—Earl Harris has been promoted to vice president and director of project leasing for the Commercial Retail Division of The Weitzman Group.

In this position, Harris will utilize his extensive project leasing experience to provide oversight and leadership for the leasing team responsible for a portfolio of retail shopping centers throughout Dallas/Fort Worth. Harris will be responsible for management and growth of the project leasing team, as well as business development, client relations, marketing plan development and execution, reporting and coordination with other key professionals within the Weitzman team.

Harris, who joined The Weitzman Group in 2002, is a consistent top producer with the company and was recognized as one of Dallas/Fort Worth's leading project leasing brokers by the Dallas Business Journal.

Harris is a member of International Council of Shopping Centers and the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors.

He received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in International Business/Japanese from the University of Texas at Austin and an International Master of Business Administration degree from Thunderbird, the American Graduate School of International Management.
