Assistant Property Manager

Cencor Realty Services has an immediate opening in our Dallas office for an Assistant Property Manager.

The Assistant Property Manager is responsible for assisting multiple Property Managers with all aspects of management for their portfolio of properties.  Position requires strong administrative experience, preferably in commercial real estate or in a customer service environment.  Other requirements include:

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Basic accounting knowledge
  • Strong organizational skills
  • The ability to meet multiple deadlines in an extremely fast-paced environment
  • MRI experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, heavy tenant interaction, preparing all correspondence, monthly report preparation and distribution, assisting Property Manager with rent and sales collection efforts, and researching leases, invoices and contracts.
