Administrative Assistant/Brokerage
DALLAS OFFICE
The Weitzman Group has an immediate opening in our Brokerage
division for an experienced administrative assistant to
support multiple real estate agents.
Candidates must have excellent MS Word and Excel skills and a
strong background in the administrative field. Excellent written
and verbal communication skills, outstanding organizational
skills, the ability to juggle multiple tasks at once and proven
professionalism under pressure are also requirements of this
position. Exceptional
attention to detail and ability to follow instructions required.
Previous real estate experience preferred; however,
candidates who have worked in a sales environment will also be
considered. Knowledge
of ACT! Contact database and Dictaphone experience preferred but not
required.
Responsibilities of this position include:

Typing
of correspondence, memos and various other forms
-
Answering
telephones and assisting clients

Lease
preparation and processing
-
Preparation
of presentation books and property marketing materials
-
Assembling
and organizing research on properties
-
Faxing,
copying, filing
-
Creating,
organizing and maintaining files
-
Switchboard
rotation
