Professional Background
Gene Williams is a Senior Vice President with the San Antonio Commercial Retail Division of The Weitzman Group. In this position, he handles retail project representation and retail tenant representation in the San Antonio area, as well as in Laredo and the Rio Grande Valley area. Prior to joining Weitzman, Williams was a professional golfer, both as a member of the Tightlies Tour and the Gateway Tour. Williams also serves as director of the Bean-Dirks Memorial Scholarship Fund.

Williams was recognized as the companywide 2007 Rookie of The Year for The Weitzman Group and received national recognition from the CoStar Group as a 2009 “Power Broker of the Year,” ranked on his performance in his region in 2009.

Williams received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Marketing with a minor in Spanish from Texas Christian University in Fort Worth, Texas.
