Professional Background
Travis Watkins is an Associate with the Austin Commercial Retail Division of The Weitzman Group, one of the largest regional commercial real estate firms in the country. In this position, Watkins handles general brokerage, including retail project representation and retail tenant representation, investment property sales and land sales in the Greater Austin area.  Prior to joining The Weitzman Group, he participated in the partnership formation, underwriting and acquisition of an existing Sonic franchise for $5.6MM.  Immediately, prior to joining The Weitzman Group, his experience includes brokerage with Grubb & Ellis Company, where he handled general brokerage, including retail project representation and retail tenant representation, investment property sales and land sales.

Education
Watkins received a Bachelor of Business Administration, Professional Program in Accounting, and Master in Professional Accounting degrees from the University of Texas at Austin.
