Jim Sinclair, CPM, CCIM, RPA Houston Director of Property Management Cencor Realty Services jsinclair@cencorrealty.com Professional Background James W. “Jim” Sinclair, a property management professional with more than 20 years of experience, is the director of property management for the Houston office of Cencor Realty Services. In this position, Sinclair is responsible for overseeing day-to-day property management and client reporting for Cencor’s Houston-area managed portfolio, which currently totals approximately 2.2 million square feet. Sinclair also handles staff development and training. Prior to joining Cencor, Sinclair was director of property management and senior property manager in Houston and Corpus Christi with Williford Property Group. He also has property management experience with companies including Transwestern Commercial, Senterra Development and Gerald D. Hines Interests.  Designations/Organizations Sinclair earned his Certified Property Management (CPM) designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management, his Real Property Administrator (RPA) designation from Building Owners and Managers Institute and his Certified Commercial-Investment Member (CCIM) designation from the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute. He also is active in the Building Owners and Managers Association and the Institute of Real Estate Management. Education Sinclair received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Baylor University in Waco, Texas, where he also attended law school.
