Professional Background 
Andrew D. Scroggie, a commercial real estate professional with
more than 16 years of experience, is a Senior Vice President with
the Austin Commercial Retail Division of The Weitzman Group,
one of the largest regional commercial real estate firms in the
United States. In this position, Scroggie specializes in restaurant and
retail tenant representation/site selection, retail project leasing and
 project representation, new development site selection, redevelopment opportunities and income property acquisitions and dispositions. Prior to joining The Weitzman Group, Scroggie was a senior vice president with Venture Commercial in Dallas, where he handled retail and restaurant tenant representation and project leasing for retail centers in Texas. He also has real estate experience with The Woodmont Company and United Commercial Realty.

Honors and Awards
Scroggie has ranked as a consistent Top Producer for The Weitzman Group, placing in the statewide Top 10 in 2008 and 2007. In 2008, he was inducted into the company's President's Circle, recognizing career production with Weitzman of $1 million or more. He won Weitzman's Breakout award in 2005, recognizing brokers who, in a year-to-year comparison, double their production.  While at The Woodmont Company, Scroggie ranked as the No. 3 Top Producer for 2001 and received the company's Most Deals Award in 1999 and 1998.
