Michael Schoenbrun Senior Vice President and Partner - San Antonio Office Cencor Realty Services ms@cencorrealty.com Professional Background Michael Schoenbrun is Senior Vice President and City Partner in charge of development for the San Antonio office of Cencor Realty Services. In this position, Schoenbrun is responsible for overseeing Cencor’s San Antonio office’s daily operations, including development, property management, asset management, acquisitions and new business development.  Since joining Cencor, Schoenbrun has been directly involved in the development, re-development and acquisition of approximately 2.34 million square feet of retail properties.  Cencor currently is responsible for a portfolio totaling approximately 2.3 milloin square feet of retail space in San Antonio and South Texas. Prior to joining Cencor’s San Antonio office, Schoenbrun was vice president of development with the company’s Austin office, which he joined in 1999.  Prior to joining Cencor, he managed the mezzanine equity-lending program for real estate for Chase Bank of Texas. In San Antonio, Schoenbrun works with David Nicolson, President of the San Antonio office for Cencor’s brokerage affiliate, The Weitzman Group. Organizations Schoenbrun is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and the Real Estate Council of San Antonio where he currently serves on the Executive Committee. Education Schoenbrun received a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics and Master of Business Administration and Juris Doctor degrees from the University of Texas at Austin.
