Professional Background
Jeffrey L. Plauché, Jr., is Vice President - Asset Management with the Dallas/Fort Worth office of Cencor Realty Services. In this position, Plauche is responsible for directing and overseeing the asset management and landlord representation of a portfolio of shopping centers in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. Prior to joining Cencor, Plauché was vice president and director of leasing for RREEF Management Company in Dallas, where he was responsible for all leasing activity for 21 retail properties totaling approximately 3 million square feet. During his time with RREEF, he negotiated approximately 428 transactions and leased approximately 2.3 million square feet of retail space. Plauché also worked as vice president – dispositions for Staubach Retail Services, handling disposition, sublease and lease termination negotiations for well known retailers.  Plauché entered the commercial real estate profession in 1986.

Organizations
Plauché is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers. On the community side, he has served as director of the Jesuit College Prep Baseball Booster Club and as a chairman of the Jesuit Challenge Drive for the school.

Education
Plauché received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.
