Professional Background Kenny Novorr is an assistant vice president with the Dallas Commercial Retail Division of The Weitzman Group, one of the largest regional commercial real estate firms in the United States. In this position, Novorr specializes in retail project leasing and project representation for shopping center projects in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. In addition, he handles shopping center sales and land sales. Kenny’s recent deals have included taking significantly vacant properties to full lease-up, then handling the sale of them for their owners. He has a strong track record in creating additional value for investment properties, which then enables them to be sold at the highest possible market price. Prior
to joining The Weitzman Group in 2005, Novorr was a commercial real estate
broker with The John Bowles Company. His real estate experience includes
negotiating the sales of Country Club Corners Shopping Center in Dallas and
Rowlett Shopping Center in Rowlett. Prior to entering the commercial real estate
field, Novorr gained 28 years of retail market experience as a menswear retailer
with stores in Dallas and Houston; this gives him insight into retail real
