Professional Background David Nicolson is President of the San Antonio office of The Weitzman Group, in charge of the company's South Texas Division. He joined the company in late 1991 when the company opened its San Antonio office, and he has been involved in more than 600 transactions with a total value of approximately $800 million. The total square footage of the transactions exceeded 5,500,000. David has been The Weitzman Group's Top Producer four times, and he is the firm's All-time Top Producer. He is consistently named among the top commercial brokers in San Antonio by The San Antonio Business Journal. David entered the Real Estate profession in 1985 with Trammell Crow Company. During his tenure at Trammell Crow Company, he was involved in all aspects of leasing and development. In addition, David shared development and acquisition responsibilities for over 1 million square feet, including the Moore Plaza Shopping Center, one of the States first premier power centers. Organizations Nicolson is active in several professional organizations, including the International Council of Shopping Centers and the State Bar of Texas. He is also on the Boards of the Santa Rosa Hospital, La Casas Foundation, The Downtown Rotary Club and The Young President's Organization. Education Nicolson received his Bachelor of Business Administration Degree from Baylor University in 1983 and a Juris Doctor degree from Baylor University School of Law in 1985. |
