Jeff Nebrat Vice President - Development/Asset Management Cencor Realty Services jnebrat@cencorrealty.com Professional Background Jeff Nebrat is Vice President, Development and Asset Management for the Austin office of Cencor Realty Services. In his asset management position, Nebrat directs the asset management of a commercial real estate portfolio of approximately 1.2 million square feet of retail and commercial projects throughout Central Texas. He oversees the leasing, property management and construction services for the portfolio. He has negotiated more than 200 anchor and small-shop retail leases. In his development role, Nebrat is responsible for directing the development of new shopping centers in the Austin metropolitan market. In Nebrat's tenure at Cencor, he has been involved in the development and redevelopment of shopping centers totaling more than 650,000 square feet. Prior to his current roles, Nebrat worked with the CEO and President of Cencor's brokerage affiliate, The Weitzman Group Organizations Nebrat is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and the Real Estate Council of Austin. Education Nebrat received a Juris Doctor degree from Southern Methodist University in Dallas and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Texas at Austin.
