Professional Background Megan Nabholtz is an Associate with the Dallas/Fort Worth Commercial Retail Division of The Weitzman Group, one of the largest regional commercial real estate firms in the United States. In this position, Nabholtz handles general brokerage, including retail project representation and retail tenant representation. Prior to joining The Weitzman Group, Nabholtz worked as a financial analyst with CB Richard Ellis, where she handled real estate analysis within the Financial Consulting Group. She also has real estate experience with PM Realty Group, where she served as a property management assistant. Organizations Nabholtz is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors. She serves on the ICSC Next Gen Planning Committee for Dallas, as well as the ICSC Next Gen Sustainability Committee. Nabholtz also is active in the Dallas chapter of Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW). She is past vice president of the SMU Real Estate Club. Honors and Awards Nabholtz was recognized by the Dallas Business Journal as a Retail Heavy Hitter Rookie of the Year for outstanding production in 2011. Nabholtz received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Real Estate Finance from Southern Methodist University. .
