McNeil is Senior Vice President – Director of Asset Management with the Dallas office of Cencor Realty Services, one of the largest retail property management and development firms based in Texas. In this position, McNeil is responsible for financial oversight and landlord representation functions for Cencor’s Dallas/Fort Worth portfolio.. Prior to joining Cencor, he was president of Shafer Property Company. At Shafer, he was involved in all aspects of the company’s retail and mixed-use property portfolio, including site acquisition, development, project leasing and asset sales. He joined Shafer Property Company as an executive in 1997. Prior to that, he was a real estate sales and leasing representative for Walmart Stores, Inc. He entered the commercial real estate field in 1990 as a leasing associate with Hopkins Shafer Company.  Professional Organizations McNeil is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers. Education McNeil received a Bachelor of  Science degree in Business Administration – Finance from the University of Arkansas in  Fayetteville, Arkansas.
