 Professional Background
Marc Marrocco is a Vice President with the Dallas/Fort Worth Commercial Retail Division of The Weitzman Group, one of the largest commercial real estate brokerage and related services firms in Texas. In this position, Marrocco handles general brokerage, including pad site representation and development, along with retail leasing and sales. Prior to joining Weitzman, he was President of Marrocco Enterprises Texas LP, a pad site developer for car washes, convenience stores and small retail center. He also was President of Marrocco Oil 377 LP. Marrocco also is a Captain with the United States Marine Corps (Retired).

Organizations
Marrocco is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and the North Texas Commercial Association of  Realtors. 

Education
Marrocco received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology with a minor in Economics from the University of Texas at Austin.
