Professional Background Guy Grivas is an Associate with the Commercial Retail Division of The Weitzman Group, one of the largest regional commercial real estate firms in the United States. In this position, Grivas handles general brokerage, including retail project representation and retail tenant representation. Organizations Grivas is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors. He is an active member of the local and national CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) Chapters, as well as the SMU Real Estate Society. Education Grivas received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance from Southern Methodist University in Dallas. .
