Professional Background
Jim Greenfield is Senior Vice President and Director of Property Management for Cencor Realty Services, one of the largest commercial property management firms in the United States. In this position, Greenfield is responsible for day-to-day supervision of Cencor's Dallas/Fort Worth commercial property portfolio, which incorporates approximately 13.2 million square feet of space. A majority of the properties are retail centers. Greenfield has more than 30 years of experience in all phases of asset/property management, leasing and construction management for retail, office, industrial and multi-family properties. Prior to being named Director of Property Management, Greenfield was executive vice president and chief operating officer of BNC Real Estate, an investment, development and property management company. Prior to that, he was vice president and director of real estate services for Archon Group, an affiliate of Goldman Sachs, where he was responsible for contracting for property management and leasing services for the real estate assets in a 34.5-million-square-foot portfolio of commercial properties, as well as for developing ancillary income properties. He is a former Property Management Instructor for Eastfield Community College.
