Gorman, C.S.M, a retail property management professional with extensive experience, is a Property Manager for the Houston office of Cencor Realty Services, one of the largest commercial property management firms in Texas. Gorman is responsible for day-to-day management of a portfolio of Houston-area shopping centers. Prior to joining Cencor, Gorman was a property manager with Wile Interests, Inc., of Houston, responsible for retail and office properties. Her retail property management experience also includes work as assistant general manager for Katy Mills Mall in Katy Texas. Since entering the property management profession in 1990, Gorman has also gained experience with Trammell Crow Company in Houston, Wulfe & Co. and Insignia Commercial Group Honors and Awards Gorman earned the Certified Shopping Center Manager (C.S.M.) designation awarded by the International Council of Shopping Centers to those managers who excel at retail property management and who meet strict standards of education and experience.
