Professional Background
Perren Gasc is an Assistant Vice President with the Dallas/Fort Worth Commercial Retail Division of The Weitzman Group, one of the largest commercial real estate brokerage and related services firms in Texas.  Gasc specializes in retail project leasing and retail tenant representation throughout Dallas/Fort Worth, as well as general retail brokerage.

Honors and Awards
Gasc received the statewide 2008 Rookie of the Year Award from The Weitzman Group in 2008. The award is presented to the Weitzman associate with the top production in their first full year of brokerage. In 2009, the Dallas Business Journal also honored Gasc as a “Heavy Hitter” in the Rookie category. The Heavy Hitter awards recognize the leading brokers in North Texas.
