Professional Background Andy Dunlap is Vice President and Managing Director for Cencor Solutions, a focused initiative that provides targeted brokerage and management services to owners of challenged Texas retail properties and that seeks investment opportunities by acquiring various assets from lender and investor portfolios, including bank REO portfolios. Cencor Solutions is a division of Cencor Realty Services. Dunlap directs and is expanding the existing Cencor Solutions platform by marketing leasing and management services to distressed retail and office assets in Texas, as well as seeking out acquisition targets in the distressed market. Prior to joining Cencor Solutions, Dunlap was vice president of portfolio management for 1st Services Solutions, where he successfully closed more than 100 CMBS loan assumptions and modifications with a total principal balance in access of $2 billion dollars. Dunlap also held positions at BMC Capital as a loan originator, Prudential Asset Resources as an asset manager for a $4 billion dollar portfolio of CMBS and life company real estate loans, and as an analyst at the Bank of New York (BNY Asset Solutions).
