Professional Background
Henry A. Dilschneider is a Vice President with the Dallas/Fort Worth Commercial Retail Division of The Weitzman Group, one of the largest regional commercial real estate firms in the United States. In this position, Dilschneider handles general brokerage, including retail project representation and retail tenant representation, acquisitions and dispositions of investment properties and work on real estate developments. Prior to joining Weitzman, Dilschneider as a director for P & H Properties of Tulsa, Oklahoma, where he had sole responsibility for the P & H portfolio, including sales, leasing, development and supervision of a property management department. The portfolio incorporated seven retail centers, one regional mall, two industrial buildings and a mixed-use land development.  He also worked with CB Richard Ellis in Tulsa.

Dilschneider is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors and the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties.

Education
Dilschneider received a Juris Doctor degree from The University of Tulsa College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts Degree from The University of Tulsa in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
