Professional Background 
Mitch Cribbs is an Associate with the Dallas/Fort Worth Commercial Retail Division of The Weitzman Group, one of the largest regional commercial real estate firms in the United States. In this position, Cribbs handles general brokerage, including retail project representation and retail tenant representation. Prior to joining Weitzman, Cribbs was director of development for LNR Property Corporation, where he led the development of the retail component of a 300-acre mixed-use center in Fort Worth, comprising 1 million square feet on more than 90 acres. At the project, he negotiated and closed a Lowe’s deal.  Cribbs also has experience with 361 Group, where he handled nationwide retail development activities, and with JCPenney Corporation, where he worked as a real estate negotiator for new stores in seven states. Cribbs entered the retail real estate field in 2000 as a senior site development manager for Target Corporation, leading the development of new sites in Texas and eight other states.

Cribbs is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors.

Education
Cribbs received a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Illinois in Champaign-Urbana, Illinois.
