Professional Background
Patricia A. Cathey is senior vice president of administration & marketing for The Weitzman Group. Cathey, who joined the company in 1993, also is executive assistant to Herbert D. Weitzman, chairman and CEO of the companies. As senior vice president of administration & marketing, Cathey oversees the support staff for The Weitzman Group in Dallas, and she is responsible for directing the marketing efforts for Weitzman and Cencor on a statewide basis. Her marketing duties include overseeing the companies' marketing materials, public relations, graphics communications and related areas.  Prior to joining Weitzman and Cencor, Cathey was vice president and MIS director for Henry S. Miller Co. and Grubb & Ellis.
