Professional Background Debra L. Carroll, CPM, is a Property Manager with the Dallas office of Cencor Realty Services, one of the largest retail property management and development firms based in Texas. In this position, Carroll is responsible for overseeing the management of retail centers in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. Carroll has extensive
property management and commercial real estate experience. Prior to joining
Cencor, she was a regional property manager for Florida-based Equity One Realty
& Management FL, Inc., where she managed 11 grocery-anchored centers. Her
property management experience also includes work with Dallas-based Transwestern
Property Company as a senior property manager, responsible for a commercial
portfolio of approximately 1 million square feet.
She also has experience working as a site acquisition specialist for
