Submittal Process


Cencor Realty Services requires the following for preliminary analysis:
  • Price

  • Site/Leasing Plan

  • Two years historical and year-to-date operating statements

  • Current year's operating budget

  • Rent roll (with percentage rent information, if applicable)

  • Terms of financing (if assumable)

  • Cash flow analysis (Argus) if available

  • Demographic Information
